on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

Interested parties: Website visitors

PLASTISERVICE srl in the person of Meloda Monja, as Data Controller of personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the above-mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations therein.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

in particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes

  • technical and functional access to the Site: no data is kept after closing the browser
  • advanced navigation or customized content management purposes

legal basis: implementation of fulfilments related to legislative, contractual or pre-contractual obligations;

  • planning of activities
  • purposes related to the execution of a contract of which you are a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request(eg: contact request through the Contact form on the website www.plastiservice.it, subscription to the mailing list, etc.)

legal basis: legitimate interest of joint holders

The processing of functional data for the fulfillment of these obligations is necessary for the proper management of the relationship and their provision is mandatory to implement the above mentioned purposes.

The Joint Data Controllers also point out that failure to provide, or the incorrect provision of any of the mandatory information may make it impossible for the Joint Data Controllers to guarantee the adequacy of the processing.

Processing methods

Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

  • by electronic calculators using software systems managed by third parties
  • temporary processing in anonymous form

All processing is carried out in accordance with the methods set out in Articles 6 (Lawfulness), 32 (Security) of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures.
Your data will only be processed by the secretarial staff of the professional firms belonging to the professional co-processors, expressly trained and authorized by the co-owners.

Communication

Your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of recipients, including all duly appointed Data Processors:

  • Postal Police

Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Your personal browsing data resides within the EU, the Data Controllers use the hosting space at Aruba S.p.A. based  in Ponte San Pietro (BG), Via San Clemente n. 53, VAT no. 01573850516, which in the person of its legal representative acts as Data Processor, contactable at privacy@staff.aruba.it, and guarantees servers in Italy and Europe.

Your personal data, limited to the above purposes, will not be transferred abroad to non-EU countries.

Retention period

Please note that,  in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the storage period for your personal data is:

  • established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the contractual purposes for which they are collected and processed

    e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated
    representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing
  3. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere:
    a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
